Squat for more runs!
A squat, with great form, is one of the most beneficial exercises you can do right in your living room to not only boost your metabolism, but also increase your leg and ab strength for extra runs on the black diamonds this coming winter!
-- 3 sets of 10 twice a day for the first week --
-- 3 sets of 15 twice a day for the second week --
Tip: Chin up, arms out, sit down, chest up, keep knees behind your toes, smile & repeat!
*add low-weight starting week 3+
**when adding weight start light, like 5 lb dumbbells or just a bar without weights (similar to the above image, but weights removed). An advanced technique is featured in the image above: feet together, weights on the bar. Controlled movements with perfect form is better than adding too much weight and losing any of your perfect form.
