Running through this routine during commercial breaks of your favorite morning & evening TV shows will give your body and mind a nice bump. Our favorite are numbers 3 & 5. The Snowshed office staff take breaks every hour for group planks and lunges. These two exercises get SO much easier after a couple weeks. Stick with it & treat your body as good as you treat others!
